Mashed Potatos Cream Sauce

I took baby spinach and heated it up with some olive oil, salt, pepper, and some garlic powder until it started wilting. Then I added heavy cream and mushrooms. I let it heat up alittle, added A1 sauce till it tasted just right, and let it simmer till it reduced down alittle. I mashed the potatos I had boiling, added the rest of the cream, and some salt and pepper to the mashed and chomped out. It was really good
